On Wednesday, January 30, 11th COINS General Meeting was held at the mail conference room at Life Science & Environment Research Center. (LiSE).
This meeting is held every half year with all the COINS participating institutions.
This FY is the final year of phase II (2016 – 2018). We discussed on research outcome each group has been working toward realization of in-body hospitals and what we need to be done in phase III (2019 – 2021). We also shared and expanded our future plans based on the outcome we have made.
In poster session, 35 posters were presented and there was an active interaction between the researchers. Finally, Mr. Yuzuru Matsuda from JST (Vison 1 visionary leader of COI program), Mr. Toshio Asano, Asahi Kasei Corporation, Prof. Tatsuro Irimura, Juntendo University and Mr. Hiroshi Misawa, Medical Technology Association of Japan gave us feedback. The meeting was very productive to further strengthen the tie of the researchers toward realization of in-body hospitals
