“COINS online workshop 2021” was held on October 1.

October 1, COINS Online Workshop 2021 was held at the web conferencing room. this workshop was planned instead of the COINS Retreat camp. workshop theme is “Aiming to achieve the SDGs”.

First, Mr. Tetsuro Yoshida (Chief, International Cooperation / Research Promotion Group, Kawasaki Environmental Research Institute (KERI)) gave a lecture entitled “Sustainable Development Goals - An effective tool to save the unsustainable world?” And then Groupwork 1 we thought about SDGs as a warm-up and Groupwork 2 we thought about how COINS/KSF can contribute to achieve the ideal society then each group presentation.

After the presentation, Mr. Tetsuro Yoshida (KERI), Mr. Haruhiko Manabe (JST), Kazunori Kataoka Research Leader of COINS gave us feedback.

Finally, the Excellent presentation award and the Best facilitator award, Most impressive person award were selected and commended. then Hiromichi Kimura Project Leader of COINS gave us feedback and Closing Remarks. It was a very meaningful workshop to deepen the understanding of SDGs.
